The Engagement Model
I believe in transparency, speed, and impact. Here's exactly how we work together:
Initial Conversation
We start with a 30-45 minute call to understand your situation, challenges, and goals. No sales pitch�just an honest conversation about fit.
Diagnostic Phase
If we're aligned, I spend 1-2 weeks in deep discovery: reviewing your product, market, customers, current marketing, analytics, and team. I interview key stakeholders, audit your tech stack, and analyze competitive positioning.
Strategy Delivery
I present a comprehensive growth strategy: positioning, ICP, messaging framework, channel priorities, 90-day roadmap, and quick wins. This becomes our shared blueprint.
Ongoing Collaboration
Weekly Strategy Calls
60-minute video calls where we review progress, make decisions, solve problems, and plan the week ahead. These are working sessions, not status updates.
Async Communication
Daily access via Slack or email for questions, feedback, and quick guidance. I respond within 24 hours (usually much faster).
Team Collaboration
I work directly with your team�reviewing their work, coaching on strategic thinking, and helping them prioritize. I'm an extension of your leadership, not an outsider.
Executive Reporting
Monthly dashboards and reports showing progress on key metrics: pipeline, CAC, conversion rates, channel performance, and strategic milestones.
What I Expect from You
For this to work, I need a few things from your side:
- Access: To your analytics, CRM, marketing tools, and key team members. I can't help if I'm working in the dark.
- Responsiveness: Quick turnaround on questions and decisions. Delays kill momentum.
- Honesty: Tell me what's really happening�the good, bad, and ugly. Sugar-coating wastes everyone's time.
- Willingness to experiment: Not everything will work on the first try. We test, learn, and iterate.
- Implementation capacity: Whether it's your internal team, contractors, or agencies, someone needs to execute the strategy. I provide direction, but I'm not a production team.
My Collaboration Style
Direct & Honest
I'll tell you what I see, even if it's not what you want to hear. If your positioning is weak, I'll say so. If you're wasting budget, I'll show you where. Honesty is the only feedback worth paying for.
Data-Driven but Human
I love data, but I don't worship it. Numbers tell you what's happening, but understanding why requires judgment, empathy, and market intuition.
Bias to Action
I'd rather ship something and learn than debate endlessly. We move fast, measure outcomes, and course-correct based on evidence.
Focus on Impact
I don't care about vanity metrics or activity. I care about pipeline, revenue, and sustainable growth. Everything else is a distraction.
